Since May 2001, the Norman County Victim Assistance Program has been providing consistent and compassionate treatment to the community through state and federal grant funding. Our program strives to acknowledge the full range of victimization and the necessity for quality services that address the rights and diverse needs of the general crime victims.

Some types of crimes victims may experience include:

  • Theft
  • Homicide
  • Criminal damage to property

  • Hate/bias crimes
